This is my newest piece. Don’t know what to call it yet. Anybody have any ideas? I’m keeping it in wet clay form in order to make a bronze cast later.

This is a ceramic bust of my step daughter Sofia. It’s my first portrait from life. It’s about half life size. 28 x 24 x 23 cms

These are two ceramic busts of Don Pepe Sierra a famous business tycoon who died in 1920. The first is much smaller than the second and was exhibited at the ” Primer Salón de Escultura Rodrigo Arenas Betancur” in June this year along with “Sofia”

This piece cast in cement is a bust of Policarpa Salavarrieta a famous Colombian martyress who was executed in 1816. In reality it’s also a portrait of my wife who posed for the piece. It was cast from a latex mold. A process which took quite some time to complete.
